By using our platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

 

Use of the site

  • You agree to use this website lawfully and respectfully

  • We reserve the right to update or modify products, prices, and site features at any time

 

Products

  • All items listed are archive or second-hand pieces and may show signs of wear

  • While we do our best to provide accurate photos and descriptions, there is always a chance we miss something.

  • Any claims arising from goods purchased must be made within 7 days of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be considered.

 

Payments and pricing

  • All prices are shown in GBP and will not include applicable VAT until this business is eligible to be registered.  Shipping and handling fees are calculated prior to checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to discontinue promotions at our discretion.

  • In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you prior to dispatch. You may choose to proceed with the corrected price or cancel your order.

  • Payments are handled securely via trusted third-party providers

  • ​We accept payment by credit/debit card, PayPal, and other methods indicated at checkout. Payment is taken when your order is confirmed. If payment fails or is declined, the order will not be processed and you will be notified.

  • Orders shipped outside the UK may incur additional customs duties, taxes, or currency conversion charges, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • All transactions are processed securely using Wix Payments, though this may be subject to change in the future and you will be notified if this occurs. We take reasonable and thorough steps to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions. Orders suspected of fraud may be cancelled at our discretion.

 

Limitation of liability

  • Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or restrict the Store’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable law.

  • Except in cases of fraud, willful misconduct, or death/personal injury caused by negligence, the total liability of the Store for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Customer for the relevant products or services in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

  • The Store shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, or business opportunities, whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, provided such an exclusion is permitted by law.

  • The Store shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused by the acts, errors, or omissions of third party service providers, including delivery carriers or payment processors.

  • ​The Store shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, extreme weather, strikes, or interruptions of internet or postal services."
